Since 2010, The Bernson Group has provided asset based loans to residential builders for property acquisition, remodels, and new construction.  We are a private lender, which allows us to deliver custom solutions for each builder in the timely manner the market demands. 

The Bernson Group began lending in Atlanta, Georgia and expanded to our second primary market in Charleston, South Carolina, with additional markets in the Southeast, including Savannah, GA and Wilmington, NC. This positions us in several strong housing markets, with low inventories below the national average. We are efficient and effective so we can continually assist builders in growing their business.
